Coronado
The Coronado was Fender's first electric-acoustic line, started in 1966 and discontinued in 1971. There are 7 different types in various colours, including two 12-string types.

Remarks: Blackface headstock with gold logo, maple neck with bound rosewood fingerboard.

Type: 1967 Wildwood Coronado 2
Serial #: Unknown
Remarks: This is a rare one in 'wildwood' finish. Wildwood was made by injecting living trees with dyes, then using that wood later.

Remarks: This is probably not a regular production model, as it has 'special' stamped on the back of the headstock. Perhaps a show model.

Remarks: This is a rare Coronado II in Antigua finish. Reflecting a taste of the time, I would say :-) This is a limited anniversary edition, but I have no idea which anniversary...

Remarks: A very nice Coronado II. According to the serial number, this could be a 1968-1970 guitar.

Remarks: This guitar probably dates back to the 60's, so is definitely pre-Custom Shop. A rare bird indeed.
