Arguably the Fender Stratocaster was, is, and will be the most beautiful guitar ever built. To me it was a boyhood dream come true when, in March 1998, I finally acquired sufficient funds to become a proud Fender Stratocaster owner myself.
This site is an homage to the most beautiful of guitars. It includes pictures of rare, vintage or just particularly striking Fender Stratocasters, as well as other interesting Fender-made stringed instruments. It also includes a bibliography and links to good Fender-related sites.
Predictably, this site is rather heavy on graphics, though I have made thumbnails of all the guitars (you can view the larger pictures by clicking on them). Have fun experiencing Strat Central!
